Refund & Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions governing Course Enrollments & Cancellations

1Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the enrollment, fee payment, cancellation, and refund process for all courses, coaching programs, live classes, recorded lectures, test series, mentorship programs, workshops, and other educational services offered by **Gyannova**.

By enrolling in any program offered by Gyannova, the student and/or parent agrees to the terms of this policy in full.

2Fee Payment

  • Course fees must be paid through approved payment methods available on the Gyannova platform.
  • Enrollment shall be confirmed only after successful payment and transaction authorization.
  • All prices displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR).

3Refund Policy

A. Recorded Courses / Self-Paced Programs

Since recorded courses provide immediate access to digital content:

  • Fees paid for recorded courses are strictly **non-refundable**.
  • No refund shall be granted once login credentials or course access has been provided.

B. Live Online Coaching Programs

For live online classes:

  • Refund requests may be submitted within **3 calendar days** from the date of enrollment.
  • The student must not have attended more than two live sessions.
  • An administrative charge of **10%** of the course fee or **₹1,000** (whichever is lower) may be deducted.
  • After the 3-day period, no refund shall be granted under any circumstances.

C. Test Series

For test series products:

  • Fees paid for test series are **non-refundable** once access has been activated.
  • No refund will be provided for partially attempted test series.

D. One-to-One Mentorship Programs

For personalized 1-on-1 sessions:

  • Fees paid for completed mentorship sessions are **non-refundable**.
  • If cancellation is requested before the commencement of the mentorship program, Gyannova may refund the amount after deducting applicable administrative charges.

4Transfer of Enrollment

Students may request a transfer to another course of equal or higher value subject to:

  • Availability of seats in the target batch.
  • Approval by the Gyannova management board.
  • Payment of any applicable fee difference.

* Note: Transfer requests are allowed only once per enrollment.

5Course Cancellation by Gyannova

If Gyannova cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment, technical issues, faculty unavailability, or any other operational reason, students may choose either:

  • A full refund of fees paid, or
  • Transfer to another available course/batch.

6Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after enrollment.
  • Failure to attend scheduled live classes.
  • Lack of time on the student's end to complete the course.
  • Device compatibility, internet speed, or technical issues at the student's end.
  • Academic dissatisfaction after attending classes.
  • Violation of institute rules or misconduct.
  • Suspension or termination due to disciplinary action.
  • Fees paid under promotional, scholarship, discounted, or special offer schemes.

7Duplicate Payments

If a student is charged multiple times for the same transaction:

  • The excess amount shall be refunded in full after verification.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days to reflect.

8Cancellation by Student

Students wishing to discontinue a course must submit a written request through email. Cancellation of enrollment does not automatically qualify the student for a refund.

9Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds shall be processed within **7–15 working days** from the approval date. The amount shall be credited directly to the original payment method used during enrollment. Gyannova shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external financial institutions.

10Force Majeure

Gyannova shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, internet outages, power failures, war, civil disturbances, or similar unforeseen circumstances.

12Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling in any Gyannova course or service, the student and/or parent acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Core Policy Summary

“All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable once admission is confirmed and course access is provided.”

With exceptions only for:

  • Duplicate payment transactions.
  • Course cancellation by the institute.
  • Technical payment gateway errors.
