1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, logging in, subscribing to batches, or utilizing the website and portals hosted under the Gyannova platform (operated by Acclive Management Consultancy Private Limited), you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Account Responsibility & Access Control

• You are solely responsible for securing your portal passwords and login credentials.
• Sharing your active student/user login token or course access with other students is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this agreement.
• Sharing an account may lead to immediate suspension of services without eligibility for refund.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided on the Gyannova platform — including live classes, video recordings, pdf chapter notes, tests, and mock papers — are the protected intellectual property of Gyannova.

• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for private study purposes.
• Recording, downloading, downloading and re-hosting, sharing link downloads, or distributing our intellectual property without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Student Code of Conduct

Students must behave respectfully in all live online classes, discussion forums, and doubt threads:

• Use polite, appropriate, and academic language in doubt resolution boxes and live chat windows.
• Refrain from spamming class schedules or sending offensive materials.
• Gyannova reserves the right to suspend any student who engages in disruptive, hostile, or inappropriate behaviors.

5. Service Interruptions & Revisions

While we target a 99.9% online system uptime, scheduled system maintenance or network provider failures may cause short-term access interruptions. Gyannova reserves the right to modify pricing structure, schedule timings, and syllabus materials to improve course quality.
